Major Responsibilities

• Processing various types of vouchers (journal, accounts payable and check voucher).
• Preparing and Filing Monthly, Quarterly and Annual Taxes.
• Preparing and paying contributions to SSS, Philhealth and PAG-IBIG.
• Prepare and analyze trial balance.
• Recording and sorting of vouchers (Journal, Accounts Payable and Check Voucher).

Minor Responsibilities

• Preparation of BIR SAWT Quarterly ITR.
• Recording of Summary Lists of Sales and Purchases (SLSP) in EBIR.
• Recording Alphalist for Expanded Withholding Tax.
• Uploading Payroll & Checking of petty cash fund.
• Recording of Check Monitoring.
• Writing and maintaining books of accounts like purchases, disbursement and sales journal.
• Processing 2307 form for Suppliers.

SKILLS:

• Working knowledge of basic accounting principles and practices.
• Ability to meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Excel.
• Ability to work under pressure.
