- Manage and maintain financial records and documentation.
- Prepare and process invoices, payments, and reconciliations.
- Assist with monthly and annual closing processes.
- Support external audits by providing necessary documentation.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline accounting processes.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Experience Level: Fresh graduate or student with relevant internship experience.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in financial management, SAP systems, auditing practices, billing processes, and general ledger maintenance.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Analyze financial data, assist in audits, manage billing cycles, and contribute to process improvements.
- Working Conditions: Office-based environment with standard working hours.
