- Manage accounts payable and receivable.
- Prepare and maintain financial reports and statements.
- Ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulations.
- Assist in monthly closing processes and audits.
- Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies.
- Collaborate with various departments to support financial planning.
- Utilize accounting software for data management.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in Accounts Payable/Receivable, Budgeting, Reconciliations, Compliance, QuickBooks, General Ledger, and Financial Planning.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with standard working hours.
- Qualities: Detail-oriented, analytical, organized, and able to work under pressure.
