As a Support Analyst – Accounting, you will contribute to a positive and supportive team dynamic with an optimistic and open-minded approach. You’ll be able to work independently while valuing teamwork and collaboration. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact, providing front-line support in a confident and professional manner. You’ll also apply your accounting and customer service knowledge to help users maximize their experience with the product.

• At least 1 year of experience in the accounting industry.
• Experience with accounting software such as Xero, QuickBooks, or MYOB is an advantage.
• Excellent command of the English language – both written and verbal.
• Background in customer service for a software company is a plus but not required.
• Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
• Customer-focused mindset.
• Experience in the real estate industry is a plus.
