Job Description
- Providing support to the Accounting Department (Accounts Payable).
- Safeguard organization’s value by preserving confidential information
- Processing accounts and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures
- Performing day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, and recording accounts payable data
- Preparing bills, invoices and bank deposits
- Updating ledgers and book of accounts
- Support duties related to accounts payable functions
- Encode and update data in accounting system.
- Perform other duties in accordance with the company regulations and ISO standards.
