Accounts Payable & Receivable:

• Process vendor invoices and ensure timely payments
• Prepare customer invoices and monitor incoming payments
• Reconcile accounts and follow up on outstanding balances

Financial Reporting & Analysis:

• Assist in preparing financial statements and management reports
• Support budgeting and forecasting activities
• Analyze financial data to identify discrepancies or issues

Administrative Support:

• Maintain organized financial records and filing systems
• Assist with audits and financial reviews
• Maintain confidentiality and integrity of financial data

• Strong Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, etc.)
• Comfortable with financial software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar)
• Good understanding of financial rules
• Master’s degree or certifications like CPA or CFA
• Experience with financial modeling or in a specific industry

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or similar

Experience:

• 2–5 years in a finance or accounting role
• Experience with budgeting, reporting, and financial analysis
