Description
- Manage and maintain accurate financial records.
- Process invoices and payments in a timely manner.
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures.
- Prepare financial reports and statements.
- Reconcile bank statements and accounts.
- Ensure compliance with relevant accounting regulations.
- Collaborate with other departments to support financial planning.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant experience in accounting roles.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in QuickBooks, SAP, General Ledger Accounting, and Statistical Analysis.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Manage accounts receivable and payable, perform bookkeeping tasks, and assist in audits.
- Working Conditions: Office-based environment, standard working hours.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, analytical, strong communication skills, and ability to work under pressure.
