Job Description
- Candidate must possess a Bachelor / College Degree in Accounting.
- With at least 1 year experience (Fresh grads are welcome to apply).
- Familiarity with basic accounting principles.
- Professional manner and a strong work ethics.
- Commitment to working efficiently and accurately
- Willing to work in Mandaluyong City.
- Working days: Monday - Friday
- Posting and updating of the general ledgers, journal ledgers, cash receipts, and cash disbursement books
- Prepares journal vouchers
- Verifies cash disbursements for the preparation of the monthly G&A expenses
- Prepares and files all source documents in the books of accounts such as journal vouchers, general ledger, cash vouchers & cash receipts, and other pertinent documents.
- Prepares Checks and Voucher
- Manage weekly and monthly accounting reports.
- Prepare and checks completeness of liquidations and cash advances.
- Manage reimbursement, liquidation, and petty cash handling.
