  • Maintaining and updating financial records, including the general ledger.
  • Reconciling bank statements, cash disbursement accounts, payroll, and customer accounts.
  • Processing invoices, entering details into a database, and checking receipts against expenses.
  • Preparing and filing tax returns, including quarterly sales tax returns and VAT returns.
  • Preparing documentation for external auditors.
  • Monitoring company expenses, practicing cost-saving habits, and recommending ways to reduce costs.
  • Coordinating with software vendors to maintain accounting software systems and recommending updates.
  • Identifying trends and opportunities to improve team performance.
  • Assisting with the overall financial management of the company.
  • With a bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, Financial Management, Accounting Technology and any related course.
  • With at least one (1) year of relevant work experience.
