Description
- Manage daily accounting operations and financial reporting.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements and budgets.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
- Perform account reconciliations and maintain accurate records.
- Assist in audits and assist in the development of financial policies.
- Provide support for tax preparation and filings.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: A Diploma in Accounting or a related field is required.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant experience in accounting.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in financial analysis, data entry, billing, accounts receivable and payable, reconciliations, and general ledger management. Strong MS Office skills are essential.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with standard working hours. May require occasional overtime during month-end or year-end closing.
- Qualities and Traits: Attention to detail, strong analytical skills, ability to work under pressure, and effective communication skills.
