Description
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions accurately and in a timely manner
- Reconcile bank statements, credit card transactions, and general ledger accounts
- Prepare and post journal entries for month-end and year-end closing
- Maintain and organize financial records and documentation for audits
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports
- Monitor and follow up on outstanding invoices and payments
- Support payroll processing and related reporting tasks as needed
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes
- Participate in internal audits and support external audit requirements
- Perform other accounting and administrative duties as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
- 1+ years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping roles
- Proficiency in accounting software
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
