Posisi: Spesialis Dukungan Akuntansi
Jumlah jam: 20 jam/minggu
Jadwal: GST
- Mengelola dan memperbarui catatan keuangan di QuickBooks (Tagihan, Faktur, entri bank, jurnal penutupan)
- Merekonciliasi informasi Shopify dan Amazon ke QuickBooks
- Melakukan pencocokan pendapatan dan pengeluaran yang sesuai dengan GAAP
- Mempertahankan dan memperbarui pelacakan inventaris menggunakan Google Sheets
- Menyelesaikan rekonsiliasi akun dan pelaporan keuangan
- Mendukung tugas akuntansi sehari-hari dan tugas ad hoc sesuai kebutuhan
- Tugas lain yang terkait dengan akuntansi/audit yang ditugaskan
