ACCOUNTING SPECIALIST

JOB SUMMARY:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounting Specialist to support our day-to-day financial operations. The ideal candidate is an Accounting graduate with 1 to 2 years of experience in general accounting and government compliance. This role will assist in managing the company’s financial records, handling compliance requirements, processing payroll-related computations, and contributing to accurate financial reporting.

JOB SCOPE:

• Checking, Verifying and Approving Disbursement vouchers and all payments related to Roadsky
• Perform accurate data entry related to accounting and financial transactions.
• Manage invoice entries and accounts payable tasks efficiently.
• Handling and processing Lease Contracts(Office, Warehouse, Internet)
• Processing BDO ATM payrolls, Bank Certificates, Manager's checks and other Bank applications and transactions
• Approval of all expenses in the server
• Propose improvements
• Submit data to Accounting for check and balance and report generation
• All other tasks that is assigned from time to time

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Graduate of BS Accountancy
• With at least 1-2 years meaningful work experience in the field of accounting and/or auditing
• Knowledgeable of accounting principles, systems and taxation
• Experience in payroll is a plus
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Highly analytical and keen to details.
• Can start ASAP
