Description

  • Supporting the month end process;
  • Performing daily financial transactions such as verifying, calculating and posting accounts receivable data;
  • Accounting Assistant;
  • Function in accordance with established standards, procedures and applicable laws;
  • Prepare payments by accruing expenses by assigning account numbers, requesting disbursements and reconciling accounts;
  • Check invoices for inaccuracies, reconcile accounts with the general ledger;
  • Prepare schedules and summaries of recorded transactions;
  • Type accurately, prepare and maintain accounting documents and records;
  • Preparing bank deposits, general ledger postings, and statements;
  • Answers accounting and financial questions by researching and interpreting data;
  • Responsible for providing management with accurate and timely financial reports;
  • record daily sales transaction.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance required;
  • Exposure to the automotive industry will be considered as an advantage;
  • Can work under pressure and with minimum supervision;
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent;
  • With experience is an advantage;
  • Knowledge of generally accepted accounting and bookkeeping principles and procedures;
  • Required skill(s): Microsoft excel, Microsoft office, payroll, check vouchers;
  • Strong Interpersonal Skills;
  • Preferably 1 year experienced in – General Accounting or equivalent;
  • Processing Information.
