A Glimpse into Your New Role
Role
You are an
Accounts Payable and Receivable Specialist, a champion in your field. As part of the A-team, your role plays an important part in our success. Your tasks for the day include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Process invoices, verify accuracy, and ensure timely payments to vendors and suppliers.
- Monitor and manage accounts receivable, ensuring timely invoicing and collection of outstanding payments.
- Reconcile accounts, ensuring all discrepancies are identified and resolved promptly.
- Assist with month-end closing activities related to AP and AR.
- Maintain accurate records of transactions, invoices, and payment schedules.
- Communicate effectively with vendors, customers, and internal teams to resolve any payment or invoicing issues.
- Support an Australian (AU) campaign by providing financial and transaction-related assistance.
- Prepare and present financial reports as required by management.
- Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
What You’ll Bring
- Proven experience in Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable roles.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in supporting Australian campaigns or working with Australian clients is an advantage.
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to analyze financial data and generate meaningful reports.
