Description
- Manage financial risks in health insurance and financial products
- Analyze statistical data to forecast mortality, morbidity, and disability rates
- Design, evaluate, and price insurance policies to ensure profitability and financial stability
- Develop and implement risk management strategies, including fraud prevention measures
- Conduct experience studies, analyze results, and recommend updates to policies based on market trends
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, reporting requirements, and actuarial standards of practice
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or Finance
- 2+ years Actuarial experience in Insurance or Financial Services
- Progress toward an actuarial designation (SOA, ASP, or equivalent)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Passion for continuous learning, growth, and collaboration
