We’re looking for a Admin Manager to help us create and maintain a workplace where everyone feels comfortable, safe, and productive. In this role, you’ll oversee cleanliness, office supplies, and security measures—making sure every workday starts in a well-maintained and organized space!


What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Keeping the Workplace Clean & Comfortable
  • Ensure the office is always tidy, well-maintained, and work-ready.
  • Oversee cleaning staff and schedules to maintain hygiene and organization.
  • Conduct regular checks to keep everything in top shape.
  • Handling Office Admin & Supplies
  • Make sure office supplies and equipment are always stocked and available.
  • Work with vendors and service providers to arrange repairs and deliveries.
  • Implement simple office policies to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Ensuring Safety & Security
  • Work with security personnel to keep the workplace safe.
  • Monitor workplace access and security procedures.
  • Address any safety concerns and ensure compliance with health and safety guidelines.

  • Someone who enjoys keeping things organized and running efficiently.
  • A great problem-solver who can handle different workplace needs.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Someone with a keen eye for cleanliness, safety, and order.
  • Basic knowledge of security and safety procedures is a plus, but not required!
