Manage and monitor all administrative activities of the company.
Organize the work schedule of administrative staff and ensure targets are met.
Prepare, store, and oversee the filing of important company documents.
Compile regular administrative reports for management.
Develop efficient and organized administrative work systems.
Draft SOP (Standard Operating Procedures) for administrative purposes.
Conduct evaluations and training for administrative staff.
Coordinate with other divisions (HR, Finance, Operations) to support administrative needs.
Maintain the confidentiality of company data and documents.

Minimum education of D3/S1 in Administration, Management, or related fields.
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in administration, preferably having served as a supervisor or manager.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and digital administration systems.
Possesses leadership qualities, attention to detail, organization skills, and strong communication abilities.
Able to work with targets and under pressure.
Understanding of the fundamentals of legal document management and company SOPs.
