Description

  • Manage social media accounts and online sales platforms (such as Tokopedia, Shopee, Instagram, etc.).
  • Respond to customer inquiries via chat, email, or social media promptly and politely.
  • Process incoming orders, input order data, and ensure smooth delivery.
  • Conduct regular stock updates in the system and on sales platforms.
  • Handle customer complaints and seek the best professional solutions.
  • Prepare daily/weekly reports related to sales, stock, and service performance.
  • Collaborate with other teams (warehouse, marketing, customer service) to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Maintain the security and confidentiality of customer data and internal systems.

Requirements

  • Minimum education of high school/vocational school, preferably associate degree/bachelor's degree in Administration, Business, or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience as an online admin or similar position (preferred).
  • Proficient in computer operations and familiar with tools such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and e-commerce management systems.
  • Detail-oriented, quick learner, capable of multitasking, and customer service-oriented.
  • Possesses good written communication skills and is friendly in responding to messages/chats.
  • Willing to work shifts (if required) and able to work under pressure.
