Work Set Up: Work on site
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Works closely with other administrative staff and supports other colleagues as needed.
Responsible for the arrangement of dormitory for company staff
Responsible for he move in and move out of employees.
Connect with building admins to carry out fixes and improvements
Daily record keeping as needed for various reports.
Monitors shuttle service and meals of company staff.
Requirements
Graduate of any Business related course.
Open for Fresh Graduates
Experience in processing DOLE, DOJ,PEZA and Immigration Coordinate travel arrangements.
Amenable to work at Biñan Laguna
Amenable to attend face to face interview
