Job Responsibilities

  • Provide data processing support for tasks such as but not limited to:
    • Opening, Closing and Billing Service Orders
    • Contract Maintenance/Service Report Images
    • Daily Service Review and Analysis
    • Meter Billings and Readings
    • Mobile Object Manager maintenance and monitoring
    • New Purchase Order solicitation and collection
    • Posting Costs
    • Review and post service order in the system
    • Processing, opening, closing, updating service orders with relevant data with adherence to the process established
    • Data entry into ERP system
    • Provide excellent customer service
    • Contact customers via phone and email to follow-up their purchase orders
    • Answer calls from customers regarding their service orders and request for service
    • Flexibility to work on site as operation requires.

Job Requirements

Skills, Licenses, Knowledge, Education And Training Requirements

  • Bachelor"s degree or vocational in any course, a strong advantage.
  • Minimum of completed two (2) years in college or has finished a Diploma/Certificate course.
  • Excellent in oral and written English communication.
  • Must consistently meet or exceed required performance criteria.
  • Prior BPO experience in Customer Service is a plus.
  • Familiarity with ticketing system, a strong advantage.
  • Must be willing to work in different shifts.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

  • Exercises judgment within defined guidelines and practices to determine appropriate action.

  • Assist in identifying and resolving complex issues related to the subject area.
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance team capabilities.

  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of processes, standards, and best practices.
  • Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates on project progress.
  • Monitor project timelines and deliverables, ensuring alignment with expert standards.
  • Lead discussions and workshops to generate ideas and solutions within the team.

  • Stable internet connection for WFH setup; backup mitigation. 50-100mbps
