Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responding to customer messages/chats through WhatsApp, Instagram, Marketplace, or other platforms.
  • Recording and processing customer orders online.
  • Entering customer data and transactions into the system (Excel/Google Sheets or specific admin software).
  • Assisting in creating daily/weekly reports (sales, stock, or shipments).
  • Maintaining friendly and professional communication with customers.
  • Collaborating with the warehouse team, marketing, or other customer service teams as needed.

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Minimum education of high school/vocational school or equivalent.
  • Familiar with gadgets and online platforms (WA Business, Instagram, Tokopedia, Shopee, etc.).
  • Meticulous, agile, and disciplined.
  • Able to type quickly and respond to messages politely & clearly.
  • Must have a laptop/computer and a stable internet connection.
  • Proficient in using Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, and basic administrative applications.
  • Experience as an online admin/shopkeeper/chat support is preferred.

Requirements

  1. Minimum education of high school/vocational high school or equivalent (D3/S1 preferred for permanent positions).
  2. Having experience as an online admin/chat admin is a plus.
  3. Able to operate digital devices, such as:
  • Google Sheets / Microsoft Excel (for data input).
  • WhatsApp Business, Instagram, and e-commerce (Shopee, Tokopedia, etc.).
  1. Communicative and polite in responding to customer messages.
  2. Detail-oriented, agile, and organized in recording data and orders.
  3. Must have a personal laptop or computer and a stable internet connection.
  4. Able to work independently and remotely.
  5. Disciplined regarding work hours and response/chat targets.
  6. Willing to work in shifts (if necessary).
  7. Prepared to take on tasks with clear deadlines and provide regular updates.

Additional Requirements (Optional based on the company):

  • Able to type quickly and neatly.
  • Willing to work on weekends/holidays (if needed).
  • Possess a positive attitude, high initiative, and loyalty to the team.
  • Able to multitask and handle multiple messages simultaneously.
