Description

General Affairs & Office Management

  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and maintenance to ensure a productive work environment.
  • Oversee facility management, including office security, cleanliness, and repairs.
  • Handle vendor and service provider negotiations (office leasing, utilities, maintenance, etc.).
  • Support employee needs related to workplace safety and well-being.
  • Administrative & Compliance Support
  • Ensure company policies and procedures are implemented effectively.
  • Maintain company documents, records, and internal communication materials.
  • Assist in regulatory compliance and government-related administrative tasks.
  • Support audits and documentation for internal and external reviews.


Contract & Asset Management

  • Oversee contracts for office leases, insurance, and service agreements.
  • Manage company assets and inventory, ensuring accurate records.
  • Coordinate with legal teams for contract renewal and compliance.


HR & Employee Support (if applicable)

  • Support the job hiring process
  • Assist with employee onboarding and exit processes.
  • Handle workplace safety programs and employee engagement activities.
  • Support visa and work permit applications for expatriates (if applicable).
  • Assist BIR matters with accountants


Accounting 

  • Handling petty cash, payroll, and so on


Important:

We are looking for a highly motivated individual with the potential to grow into a future Head of Back Office, overseeing Accounting, Human Resources, and General Affairs. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership qualities, a proactive mindset, and a willingness to take on increasing responsibilities over time. This role is envisioned as a long-term investment in talent development, with a clear career path toward senior management in back-office operations.

Requirements

  • Having more than 5 years of related experience
  • Strong communication skills and MOS skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and administrative tools.
  • Open for learning to be trained for accounting roles, HR, and others


Work schedule: Monday ~ Friday 8:00~17:00


Interview Process: F2F interview (negotiable to Online interview)


Transpo allowance: P150.00/working day


SL & VL: 5~15days SL, 5~15days VL, 1~4EL ※see below

Above are after Regularization

  • 1-2 years employment - 5SL/5VL - 1EL
  • 3-4 years employment - 10SL/10 VL - 2EL
  • 5 years above - 15 SL/15 VL - 4EL  not used, commutable to cash
