  • Knowledge of Local Regulations: Possessing comprehensive knowledge of Philippine business regulations and permit requirements.
  • Permit Application and Renewal: Managing the application and renewal processes for all necessary business permits and licenses at the local (city/municipal) and national levels (e.g., SEC, DTI).
  • Liaison with Government Agencies: Acting as the primary point of contact with relevant government agencies (e.g., local government units, Bureau of Internal Revenue) to ensure compliance and resolve any issues.
  • Compliance Monitoring: Keeping abreast of changes in regulations and ensuring the company’s compliance with all legal requirements.
  • Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintaining accurate records of all permits, licenses, and related documentation.
