Description

  • Manage and organize schedules, appointments, and meetings for senior staff.
  • Prepare and process documentation, reports, and correspondence with accuracy.
  • Coordinate office operations to ensure compliance with company procedures.
  • Maintain and manage 201 files and other sensitive records.
  • Handle encoding and computation of payroll, ensuring accuracy and timely submissions.
  • Assist in the onboarding of new employees, including materials preparation and orientation.
  • Maintain and order office supplies to support operational needs.
  • Handle internal and external communications, including emails and calls.
  • Provide administrative and clerical support to management and other departments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in administrative roles (payroll experience is a plus).
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); knowledge in payroll software is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
  • High attention to detail, especially in encoding and payroll processing.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
