  • Provide high-level administrative support to executives and senior management.
  • Manage and maintain executives' schedules, including appointments and travel arrangements.
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes as needed.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • Experience Level: 1–3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Skills and Competencies: Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal
