Description
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
- Manage schedules, appointments, and correspondence.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations.

- Handle phone calls and inquiries with professionalism.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline processes.
- Perform data entry and maintain database accuracy.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Experience Level: 2-4 years of administrative experience preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Manage schedules, coordinate meetings, maintain records, and assist with project management.
- Working Conditions: Office environment, standard working hours, potential for remote work.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, adaptable, and able to maintain confidentiality.
