Description
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operations.
- Manage communication, including emails and phone calls.
- Organize and schedule appointments and meetings.
- Maintain filing system and data entry.
- Assist in the preparation of reports.
- Assist in follow-ups and liaise with tenants and outside counsel
- Collaborate with other team members on projects and tasks.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in administrative roles.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English, with strong scheduling, time management, and data entry capabilities. Exceptional organizational skills and discretion are essential.
- Working Conditions: Office-based
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, trustworthy, and able to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
