Description

  1. Managing and storing office documents in a neat and organized manner.
  2. Assisting in the preparation of routine reports (daily, weekly, monthly).
  3. Handling correspondence (both physical and digital), incoming and outgoing.
  4. Answering and managing phone calls, emails, and other correspondence.
  5. Coordinating schedules for meetings, discussions, and administrative needs of leadership.

Requirements

  1. Minimum education of high school/vocational school, preferably D3/S1 in Administration/Management.
  2. Experience as an administrative staff/assistant for at least 1 year (preferred).
  3. Able to operate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other administrative software.
  4. Detail-oriented, organized, and possess good communication skills.
