Description

Account Management:

  • Manage seller and buyer accounts, ensuring account information is complete and up-to-date, and verify seller data. 


Product Management:

  • Add, edit, and delete products, manage product descriptions and images, and ensure product information is accurate and appealing. Additionally, the admin is responsible for conducting keyword research to make products easily discoverable by buyers. 


Stock Management:

  • Monitor product stock, update stock regularly, and anticipate stock shortages to prevent items from going out of stock. 


Transaction Management:

  • Process orders, monitor payments, and ensure transactions run smoothly. 


Complaint Handling:

  • Receive and respond to customer complaints regarding products, shipping, or transactions, and seek the best solutions to resolve those complaints. 


Communication:

  • Maintain good communication with customers, answer questions, provide product information, and build strong relationships with customers. 


Promotion:

  • Assist in executing promotions and marketing campaigns in the marketplace, such as creating promotional content and arranging store displays. 


Monitoring and Evaluation:

  • Monitor online store performance, analyze sales data, and evaluate marketing strategies to improve store performance. 


Optimization:

  • Perform online store optimization, including keyword research and implementing SEO (Search Engine Optimization) to enhance product visibility. 


Reporting:

  • Create sales reports, stock reports, and other necessary reports to monitor online store performance.

Requirements

  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to operate computers and various marketplace platforms.
  • Ability to manage data and create reports.
  • Multitasking abilities and the capability to work under pressure.
  • Problem-solving skills to address customer complaints.
  • Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing.
