Establish effective communication with internal teams and external partners online to support the smooth operation of activities.
Ensure that product information such as pricing, descriptions, and stock levels are accurately updated on marketplace platforms or websites.
Support daily e-commerce activities, such as product data input, content uploads, and coordination of promotional or catalog updates.
Prepare and update daily and periodic administrative reports related to sales performance or digital marketing activities.
Ensure data synchronization of stock between internal systems and digital platforms.

Minimum education of high school/vocational school or equivalent.
Possess good communication skills, responsive, and professional.
Able to work independently, disciplined, and responsible in an online work system.
Willing to work from home with a stable internet connection.
Experience as an online admin or administrative staff is an advantage, especially in the fields of digital marketing or e-commerce.
