Role: Admin Support Officer

Work Arrangement: Work From Home

Location: Any CS Branch - Makati/Ortigas/Cebu/Mabalacat/Angeles/ Davao

Schedule: Morning Shift


Key Responsibilities:

1. Member Support

  • Receive, triage, and respond to member support tickets in Zendesk.
  • Manage member SMS replies and email queries in a timely manner.
  • Handle BIR form queries and issues.
  • Interact with billing module to process refunds.
  • Escalate technical issues in the app/portal to the Development Team for scoping.
  • Ensure Service Level Agreement (SLA) of 1 business day to resolve tickets.


2. Partner Support

  • Onboard new Partners into the Merchant Partner Portal, ensuring accurate details, images, and logos are uploaded.
  • Monitor and oversee all Deals in the Admin Portal, including conducting daily quality assurance checks on samples.
  • Communicate with Partners regarding deal creation, editing, or removal.
  • Manage partner-related Zendesk tickets and queries.
  • Assist in obtaining, uploading, and managing live Partner giveaways.


3. Marketing Support

  • Create, schedule, and send promotional SMS campaigns via the Admin Portal.
  • Create, schedule, and push app notifications to members.
  • Create, schedule, and send marketing emails via Mailchimp to both App Members and wider marketing database.
  • Oversee, manage, and update automated marketing emails (e.g., welcome/onboarding flows).
  • Support the Marketing team with campaign execution and reporting.


4. General Administrative Support

  • Draft Terms & Conditions for new giveaway draws using templates for internal review.
  • Notify giveaway draw winners via email and complete compliance documentation.
  • Receive, manage, and transmit correspondence with DTI and BIR.
  • Support other ad hoc administrative tasks as required.


Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or related field (preferred).
  • At least 2 years of experience in administrative, support, or marketing roles.
  • Familiarity with Zendesk, Mailchimp, SMS platforms, and CRM/portal tools.
  • Strong IT aptitude; comfortable troubleshooting, escalating, and documenting system issues.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Understanding of compliance processes (BIR, DTI) an advantage.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and adaptable in a fast-paced startup environment.


Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • SLA compliance: 1 business day ticket resolution.
  • Accuracy of Partner onboarding and Deal management.
  • Timeliness and effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
  • Quality of documentation and compliance submissions.


Non-Negotiable Skills & Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in administrative, support, or marketing roles.
  • Familiarity with Zendesk, Mailchimp, SMS platforms, and CRM/portal tools.
  • Strong IT aptitude; comfortable troubleshooting, escalating, and documenting system issues.
