- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks
- Maintain accurate records, files, and databases
- Take initiative to identify areas for process improvement and contribute to the growth of the business
- Handle billing process and agreements
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications email and phone
- Monitoring of company bills and payments
- Other administrative duties as assigned
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Management major in Financial Management or other related field
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills are a must
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities are essential
- Knowledge in office management systems and procedures
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi task
- Attention to details and problem solving skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
