Administrative Specialist/Assistant

Job Description
- Managing phone calls and emails.
- Assist in daily office operations, such as filing, data entry, and document organization.
- Organize and schedule meetings, appointments.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and courier services.
- Support team members with administrative tasks and special projects as needed.
- Assist with record-keeping and documentation management.
- Encode documents via Microsoft Excel & Word.
- Provide efficient and effective support for office/clerical works and contribute to developing and implementing improved systems and processes
- Graduate of business or any related course
- Proficient in MS Word and Excel
- Preferably with at least 1 year experience
- Good work ethic, strong attention to detail, ability to multi-task and organize
- Performs other functions that may be assigned from time to time.
- Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
- Willing to work in Greenhills, San Juan Metro Manila
