Description
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
- Manage schedules, appointments, and communications for team members.
- Assist in preparing reports, documents, and correspondence.
- Organize and maintain files and records.
- Coordinate meetings and events, ensuring all logistics are handled.
- Support HR functions, including onboarding and training.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant administrative experience.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong time management and scheduling abilities, excellent written communication, analytical skills, and proficiency in MS Office.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with standard working hours; may require occasional overtime.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, team player, and possess strong organizational skills.
