• Assist in scheduling patient appointments for cosmetic services and consultations.     
• Assist in answering clients’ inquiries.    
• Assist in accommodating clients.     
• Assist the aesthetic nurse and physician in doing specific treatment and other related tasks as deem necessary.     
• Assist in patient consultation at request of physician/ supervisor.     
• Perform cosmetic procedures and skincare services and treatments as directed by physician/ supervisor.     
• Assist patients to the designated room, thoroughly explain treatment, expected results and potential risks, obtain patient signature on appropriate consents.     
• Educate patients about our services and skincare products.     
• Assist patients in skincare products and services selection.     
• Prepare patients for injections and other procedures by physician.     
• Follow up with patients after treatment.     
• Document patient and treatment information.     
• Safeguard and maintain the filing of patients and treatment information.     
• Maintain work area in a clean and orderly condition.     
• Wash and sterilize a supplies, instruments and equipment daily.     
• Set up, clean and disinfect aesthetician room daily.     
• Monitor and maintain inventory and ordering of products and samples     
• Monitor and maintain equipment’s good condition     
• Up sell and offer after care products and other services     
• Report any necessary concern on the branch     
• Assist the branch in doing the front desk tasks if the person assigned is not present.  

Qualifications:

• At least Senior High School Graduate
• Has 1-2 years experience
• Must be able to perform facials and lasers
• Experience in dermatology industry is an advantage
• With excellence customer service skills
• Willing to undergo training here at IDARA head office Q.C at least one month with free staff house
• Can start ASAP
• Willing to be assigned in (GREENHILLS SAN JUAN)
