Description

  • Provide technical assistance and support to customers after product purchase.
  • Respond to inquiries via phone, email, or chat, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Troubleshoot issues and resolve technical problems efficiently.
  • Document customer interactions and feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with engineering and sales teams to enhance product performance.
  • Technical Course Graduate (Licensed Engineer is an advantage)
  • With basic knowledge about IT Products, etc.
  • Preferably with Sales & Marketing experience but not required.
  • Multi-tasker, team-player and can easily build rapport to clients.
