- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and lead generation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business.
- Conduct needs assessments to understand customer requirements and offer tailored solutions.
- Present products/services to customers, highlighting features, benefits, and value proposition.
- Negotiate prices, terms, and conditions to close deals.
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and manage the sales pipeline effectively.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, etc.) to align sales strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales performance.
