Description
- Plans, monitors, installs, and adjusts the full range of aircon, ventilation, and refrigeration equipment.
- Supervision and monitoring of mechanical works and accredited contractors.
- Track, analyze, and report on progress, trends, issues, and recommend solutions and improvements.
- Can perform preventive maintenance procedures and use test equipment.
- Perform any and all duties which may be assigned.
Requirements
- Experience in handling ventilation, airconditoning and refrigeration installation and maintenance.
- Can communicate with contractors and tenants.
- Flexible about working hours.
- Ability to work independently and long hours with little supervision.
- Computer Literate.
