Job Title: Audio Algorithm Research and Development Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

• Deeply analyze acoustic characteristics in the domain, construct a feature engineering system, and develop audio analysis/recognition/classification algorithms based on domain-specific features.
• Implement the full process of model deployment from experimentation to production, including data preprocessing, model optimization, and model deployment.
• Team collaboration: Work with data scientists and engineering teams to handle datasets and iteratively improve models.

Priority will be given to candidates who meet the following criteria:

• Educational background: Bachelor's degree or higher in a computer-related field.
• Technical experience: Practical experience in audio analysis/recognition/classification projects, with complete model deployment cases preferred.
• Professional knowledge: Proficient in the fundamental theories of computer vision, mastering key technologies such as video denoising, temporal modeling, and multimodal fusion.
• Framework proficiency: Familiar with deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch.
• Version control: Acquainted with the Linux development environment and Git workflow.
• Personal qualities: Possess strong hands-on skills, engineering thinking ability, high initiative, and teamwork skills.
