Description

  • Process accounts receivable transactions in a timely and accurate manner
  • Follow up with customers on outstanding payments and maintain updated records of customer accounts
  • Prepare and send invoices to customers
  • Reconcile accounts receivable records to ensure accuracy
  • Assist with monthly closing procedures and provide support to the finance team as needed
  • Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external customers

Requirements

  • Graduate of any 4 years course
  • Familiarity in MS Excel, MS Word
  • Patient and ability to manage stress 
  • Good communication skills
  • w/ pleasant personality
  • w/ background in Accounting
  • 1-2 yrs handling collection follow ups
