We are currently looking for a Licensed Architect with at least 2 years of relevant experience to join our team. The successful candidate will be involved in both design and construction phases, ensuring that projects meet architectural standards, regulatory requirements, and client expectations.

• Prepare architectural plans, detailed drawings, and permit documents
• Conduct site inspections and ensure work aligns with plans and specifications
• Coordinate with structural, electrical, and plumbing teams
• Ensure compliance with local codes and regulations (e.g., NBCP, BP 344)
• Oversee design implementation from concept to completion
• Attend client and coordination meetings as needed

• Licensed Architect (PRC)
• At least 2 years of relevant work experience in design and/or construction
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Microsoft Office
• Strong understanding of local building codes and construction detailing
• Excellent coordination, communication, and organizational skills
• Willing to work on-site when required (San Juan City and project sites)
