Description
- Lead sales teams in designated areas to achieve revenue targets.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to maximize market share.
- Monitor sales performance and provide training and support to team members.
- Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.b
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant experience in sales and account management.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in sales strategy development, key account management, and strong organizational skills.
- Working Conditions: Primarily office-based with some travel required to meet clients.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong leadership, excellent communication, analytical mindset, and results-driven attitude.
