Description
- Oversee sales operations in assigned area to achieve revenue targets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to enhance market penetration.
- Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Conduct regular training sessions to improve team performance.
- Prepare sales reports and present to management.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant experience in sales.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong sales strategy and management skills, effective key account management.
- Working Conditions: Office setting with fieldwork as needed.
- Qualities and Traits: Proactive, results-driven, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
