Be our next Field Sales Supervisor!


This position will act as the extension of Radar Sales to its dealer network by maintaining close connection to dealer key positions. It shall guide dealers on how to consistently hit their targets and improve sales quality.


The main responsibilities of a FIELD SALES SUPERVISOR include:


  1. Oversee assigned dealer sales operation.
  2. Implement sales strategies and ensure dealer meets or exceeds sales targets and goals.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationship with dealer network.
  4. Supervise and lead a team of field sales representatives. (Provide coaching, training, and development opportunities to team).
  5. Prepare regular reports on dealer sales performance and must be able to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
  6. Ensure that sales processes and operations are efficient and effective.
  7. Will serve as liaison between dealers and other departments such as marketing, aftersales, etc., to facilitate effective communication within the team across departments.

Requirements

  • A college graduate of 4 - year business course.
  • In a Field Sales Supervisor role for at least 3 years.
  • Able to possess basic knowledge in automotive.
  • An individual with effective presentation skills and good communication skills.
  • Excellent in monitoring assigned dealer performance and provide support to attain target.
  • Knowledgeable in sales techniques, processes, strategies, and methodologies.
  • Skilled in analyzing market trends, customer behavior, and competitive activity.
  • Capable of effectively communicating with team members, customers, and stakeholders.
  • Someone who embodies strong character traits that enable you to lead effectively, drive sales success, and build a positive team culture.


Working pattern and location:

  • Join Date: July 2025
  • Employment Type: Full-time Employee
  • Work Location: On-site
  • Working Hours: 45 hours, 5 days per week (7:30 AM to 5:30 PM)
  • Workdays: Monday - Friday
