Description

  • Provide administrative support to the sales team.
  • Prepare sales reports and data analysis.
  • Manage sales-related documents and archives.
  • Handle communication with clients and suppliers.
  • Process orders and ensure timely delivery.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team for promotions.

Requirements

  • Minimum education of high school/vocational school, a diploma in administration is preferred.
  • At least 1 year of work experience in sales administration.
  • Good communication skills and high coordination abilities.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Managing sales documents and supporting the team in data processing.
  • A dynamic work environment, in an office, with flexible working hours.
