  • Support and assist the Manager in managing daily operations.
  • Monitor team performance and ensure achievement of company targets.
  • Analyze financial and operational reports to support decision-making.

Requirements

  • Minimum education of D3/S1 in Management, Business, Accounting, or related fields.
  • Minimum of 2 years of working experience in a Supervisor or Assistant Manager position.
  • Possesses strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work under pressure and manage a team effectively.
  • Understanding of the fundamentals of operational and financial management.
  • Able to use Microsoft Office and other management software.
