General Responsibilities

  • Manage consumer growth platforms, including CRM, automation, attribution, analytics, and data management tools.
  • Design and maintain critical platform events across PDAX products.
  • Drive the design, architecture, implementation, and automation of campaigns, solutions, and platforms related to Consumer Growth in partnership with cross-functional teams.
  • Define and execute consumer growth and product capabilities roadmap and strategy across CRM, web, app, omnichannel commerce and other critical channels in collaboration with stakeholders and partner/vendors, end markets in the region, utilizing best practices and providing guardrails.
  • Monitor data quality, performance, and other SLAs of marketing technology products
  • Liaise with the Marketing, Product, and Technology teams and make strong recommendations driving towards a data-driven organization to help propel business forward leveraging social listening, web/campaign tracking, competitive monitoring, deep-insights & foresights of consumer behavior, and to precisely reach core consumers in the right context.
  • Collaborate with product managers to create and embed a prioritization approach to develop a roadmap for innovation with the relevant processes, tools, and metrics to support business objectives and new growth opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Fresh graduates and those with 1-2 years of experience are welcome to apply.
  • Proficiency in MMP (Mobile Measurement Platform), MEP (Mobile Engagement Platform), or CRM platforms (e.g., Clevertap, Moengage, Appsflyer, Plotline).
  • Knowledge of in-app and web events design and management.
  • Familiarity with analytics and attribution tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics).
  • Basic knowledge of web technologies and app development.
  • Strong data analysis and interpretation skills.
  • Ability to monitor data quality and performance metrics.
  • Experience with business analytics and leveraging insights from various data sources.
  • Excellent communication skills to liaise with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and partner vendors.
  • Ability to collaborate with product managers and other teams to prioritize and develop innovation roadmaps.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for working in a team-oriented environment.
  • Ability to make data-driven recommendations.
  • Strategic thinking to propel the business forward through precise targeting and consumer insights.
  • An innovative mindset to contribute to new growth opportunities.
