We’re Hiring: Atlassian Data Center & Cloud Consultant

• Role: Atlassian Data Center & Cloud Consultant
• Work Arrangement: Work From Home
• Schedule: Morning Shift

Job Description:

• Administer, configure, and maintain Atlassian Data Center environments, including Jira, Confluence, and Bitbucket.
• Monitor and troubleshoot system performance, availability, and scalability.
• Implement and manage security policies, access controls, and compliance requirements.
• Provide expert troubleshooting for complex technical issues and optimize system performance.
• Automate administrative tasks using scripting and API integrations (e.g., Python, Bash, Groovy, REST APIs).
• Lead the migration from Atlassian Data Center to Atlassian Cloud, including strategy, planning, execution, and post-migration support.
• Assess existing configurations, customizations, and third-party integrations to determine migration feasibility.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, project managers, and technical teams to ensure a seamless transition.

Requirements:

• Atlassian Certified Expert or Atlassian Certified Jira/Confluence Administrator.
• Experience with enterprise integrations (e.g., SAML, LDAP, SSO, OAuth).
• Experience in regulated industries with compliance and security requirements.
• Hands-on experience with Atlassian migration tools such as JCMA (Jira Cloud Migration Assistant) and CCMA (Confluence Cloud Migration Assistant).
• Strong understanding of ITSM frameworks (ITIL), Agile, and DevOps methodologies.
• Proficiency in scripting and automation (e.g., Python, Bash, Groovy, REST APIs).
