Description

The Audit Officer is responsible for conducting internal audits to assess the effectiveness of operational controls, identify areas for improvement, and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform regular audits on processes, records, and transactions.
  • Check compliance with internal guidelines, SOPs, and company standards.
  • Identify risks, discrepancies, and areas needing improvement.
  • Prepare audit findings and suggest corrective actions.
  • Coordinate with departments to implement process improvements.
  • Support management in promoting accuracy, efficiency, and accountability.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Business, or related field.
  • Experience in internal auditing or quality control is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical and attention to detail.
  • Good communication and reporting skills.
  • Knowledge of basic audit procedures and Microsoft Office tools.
